Your story, kept private.
We photograph weddings, families and the moments people care about most, so we treat your details and your photographs with the same care. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you enquire: your name, email address, the kind of session, your preferred date and anything you tell us in your message. If you contact us by Instagram or phone, we may note the same details.
- When you book: contact details, session details (date, time, location, package) and any notes you share with us to plan the day.
- In My Moment, your private client space: your username, your photographs and films, the favourites you choose and the notes you leave for our editor.
- Website feedback: the feedback form is anonymous. It doesn’t ask for your name or email.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, plan and deliver your session, and edit and deliver your photographs.
- To let you sign in to My Moment and see only your own albums.
- To send the studio an email alert when you enquire or send your photo selection.
We don’t sell your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and the website has no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see it
Only Negin Media staff who need it to look after your booking. Your private photographs are shown only to you and to the studio, after you sign in.
We use trusted services to run the website. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our database, your photographs and our email alerts; their servers may be outside Australia. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your browser’s address when a page loads. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How we protect it
- Everything is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Your photographs are stored privately, never on a public link, and each request is checked against your account.
- Passwords are never stored. Your browser turns your password into an Argon2id hash, a deliberately slow, memory-hard one-way function, and we keep only a keyed fingerprint of that. When a password is set, we check it isn’t one known from data breaches; only a short, anonymous fragment of a fingerprint of the password is ever sent to that check.
- Signing in uses a single essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It isn’t used for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to look after your session and for our business records. We keep your albums so you can return to them. You can ask us to delete your details or your albums at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a message through the enquiry form or on Instagram, and we’ll respond as soon as we can. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.
